Is coca cola zero good for diabetics?

I'm a diabetic and trying to be careful with my diet. I sometimes drink Coca-Cola Zero as it has no sugar. Is Coca-Cola Zero good for diabetics, or should I avoid even that?

Actually, many docs say no to even diet sodas for diabetics. While it has zero sugar, artificial sweeteners can still mess with your body's insulin response or gut bacteria. Best to avoid or keep it very occasional. Water is always king!

It's tricky, many people think 'zero sugar' means it's fine. But it's still not ideal for diabetes. It's better to consult your doctor about what drinks are safe for you.

Man, as a diabetic, I wish it were! But my doctor basically said 'zero' doesn't mean 'zero problems'. The artificial sweeteners can still cause issues, and honestly, the caffeine keeps me up at night anyway. Not worth it.

Mere ghar pe, hum toh kehte hain jo cheez natural na ho, woh theek nahi. Even Coke Zero, full of chemicals hai. Better to have chaas or plain water. Doctors also usually tell to avoid all these aerated drinks for diabetes. Simple is best.

Haha, if only 'zero' meant zero worries for diabetics, life would be so easy! But alas, our bodies are complicated. It's zero sugar, but not zero questionable ingredients. Maybe stick to water with a lemon slice? Less exciting, but your pancreas will send you a thank-you note!
