Is clear urine a sign of diabetes?

I've been drinking a lot of water to stay hydrated, but now my urine is almost always crystal clear. My friend jokingly said it might be diabetes. Is very clear urine actually a sign of diabetes, or am I just overhydrated?

Ho na, clear urine matlab generally you are drinking enough water, which is a good thing! Diabetes ke liye toh doctor blood test karte hain. Main symptoms like bahut pyaas lagna ya baar baar washroom jaana, if you have those, then consult doc, haan na?

Nah, clear urine usually means you're super hydrated. That's actually a good thing! For diabetes, it's more about peeing a lot and feeling really thirsty all the time. If you're worried, just get a blood test done, bro.

Clear urine is typically a sign of good hydration, which is essential for fitness and health. Diabetes symptoms are more about increased thirst, frequent urination, and fatigue. If you suspect it, a balanced diet, regular exercise (if cleared by a doctor), and a proper medical check-up are the way to go.

As someone managing diabetes, I can tell you that clear urine generally indicates good hydration. Diabetes is diagnosed by blood sugar levels, not urine color. While frequent urination can be a symptom, it's often accompanied by excessive thirst. Please get proper blood tests if you have concerns about diabetes; don't rely on urine colour.

Clear urine means you're doing a great job staying hydrated! It's usually a healthy sign. When people with diabetes have frequent urination, it's generally because their body is trying to flush out excess sugar, but the urine color doesn't specifically point to it. For diagnosis, a blood test is always needed. Don't worry about clear pee unless it's paired with other classic symptoms.
