Is cilantro good for your liver?

I'm trying to improve my overall health, and I read somewhere that cilantro can be beneficial for liver function. Is cilantro really good for your liver, and if so, how much should one consume?

Ah, cilantro for liver... if only it were that simple! My liver has seen better days, thanks to all the good food. Cilantro (dhaniya) is healthy, yes, but for actual liver health, reduce the unhealthy stuff and talk to a doctor. Don't just depend on green leaves!

Cilantro is a good source of vitamins and antioxidants, which are generally beneficial. It can be a part of a liver-friendly diet. But for liver conditions or concerns, it's really important to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan from a doctor, don't self-medicate with herbs.

When you're worried about your health, especially something as vital as your liver, you grasp at anything that might help. Cilantro is a healthy herb, yes, but please don't let it replace actual medical evaluation. The emotional toll of uncertainty is huge, get proper clarity from a doc.

Eating healthy, including fresh herbs like cilantro, definitely supports a healthy lifestyle. And a healthy lifestyle, with good food and regular exercise (like walking or running), contributes to overall organ health, including the liver. But for specific liver concerns, a doctor's advice is paramount.

I'm also new to this, but I've heard cilantro is good for digestion. Does it actually help clean the liver, or is it more like general good health? Just trying to understand better. 🙏

It's totally normal to worry about your liver and look for natural ways to keep it healthy. Cilantro is rich in antioxidants, which are good for overall body health. Some studies suggest it might help detoxify, but for liver issues, always consult a doctor, okay? Don't self-diagnose.

Please, if you have liver concerns, don't just rely on home remedies like cilantro. I once ignored some signals thinking natural stuff would help, and it only got worse. See a doctor, get tested. Early intervention is key, trust me.

Honestly, there's so much info online, it's hard to tell what's true. While cilantro is healthy, relying on it to 'cure' or 'detox' your liver without scientific backing can be risky. Always check with a proper doctor before believing everything you read online for serious health stuff.
