Is cider vinegar good for arthritis?

My knees have been hurting quite a bit lately, especially in the mornings. My neighbour suggested trying cider vinegar for my arthritis, saying it really helped her mother. Just wondering if this is a good home remedy to try?

Oh, the old 'ACV cures everything' tale! 😂 Look, some people swear by it for arthritis, like it's magic potion. They say it helps with inflammation. But honestly, for something as serious as arthritis, please don't just rely on vinegar. It might give a *tiny* bit of relief, but it's no replacement for actual medical treatment. Your joints deserve better than just salad dressing!

Haye Ram, for arthritis, many people from our village try all sorts of things. Some say apple cider vinegar helps with joint pain, maybe in warm water with honey. But beta, if the pain is very much, you must go to the doctor. These home remedies are for small comfort, not for proper treatment.

When you're struggling with chronic pain like arthritis, you'll try almost anything for relief, I totally get it. Apple cider vinegar is a popular home remedy, and some people feel a little better, perhaps due to its anti-inflammatory claims. But emotionally, it's important not to put all your hope on unproven remedies. Please get proper medical guidance for long-term relief and to prevent further damage. It's a tough journey, but you deserve effective help.

While apple cider vinegar is affordable, its effectiveness for arthritis is largely anecdotal and not scientifically proven. Don't spend too much hope or money on it. For arthritis, proper diagnosis and treatment can prevent further damage, which might be costly later. Focus on doctor-prescribed medications and physio, even if they're an initial expense, they're investments in your long-term mobility.

While apple cider vinegar is popularly believed to have anti-inflammatory properties and some people use it for arthritis, scientific evidence supporting its effectiveness as a treatment for arthritis is very limited. It's not a cure. For managing arthritis, it is crucial to follow a treatment plan prescribed by a rheumatologist, which may include medication, physiotherapy, and lifestyle modifications. Always prioritize medical advice.

I'm always a bit anxious about trying natural remedies for serious conditions. I've heard about ACV for arthritis, but is there any real scientific backing? Has anyone here actually seen a significant improvement, or is it more like a placebo effect? I worry about delaying proper treatment.

I've heard about apple cider vinegar being used for many things, including joint pain. But for arthritis, which is a serious condition, relying on it alone is not advisable. Just like with my high BP, consistent lifestyle changes and regular doctor checkups are key. Please consult a rheumatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment for your arthritis.

I've heard some people say apple cider vinegar helps with arthritis pain because of its anti-inflammatory properties. My grandma tried it once. But it's not a proven treatment, yaar. For something as significant as arthritis, you really need to follow a doctor's advice and proper medication. A bit of ACV might not hurt, but don't rely solely on it.

Well, some people do use apple cider vinegar for arthritis, believing it reduces inflammation. You can try diluting it in water and drinking it, or even applying it externally. But please remember, it's not a substitute for proper medical treatment. For chronic arthritis, a doctor will suggest medication, lifestyle changes, and perhaps physiotherapy. Always try to manage your condition practically and with expert advice.

My doctor clearly stated that while apple cider vinegar might have some general health benefits, there's no strong scientific evidence to support its use as a treatment for arthritis. For managing arthritis, the focus should be on conventional medical therapies, anti-inflammatory medications, physical therapy, and lifestyle adjustments as prescribed by a rheumatologist. Relying solely on ACV could delay effective treatment.
