Is chili good for diabetics?

My doctor told me to include more vegetables in my diet to manage my blood sugar. I like a bit of spice in my food. Is chili good for diabetics, or should I avoid it?

Honestly, for diabetics, it's all about how your body reacts and what your doctor advises. Some research suggests capsaicin in chili might help, but overdoing it can also cause stomach issues. Best to consult your endocrinologist before making any changes to your diet.

My nani has diabetes, and she loves a little bit of green chili in her food! Doc said it's fine in moderation, just don't go eating a whole plate of spicy stuff. Everything in balance, I guess. Keep an eye on your sugar levels.

Chili? Hmm, I wouldn't rely on it as a primary treatment for diabetes, boss. Small amounts in food for flavor should be okay. Focus on overall diet and exercise, that's more effective than looking for magic foods. Time is money, you know.

My doctor actually said that capsaicin, the compound in chili, might help improve insulin sensitivity and lower blood sugar in some studies. But he emphasized that it's not a substitute for medication or a balanced diet. So, yes, you can have it, but in sensible amounts, as part of a larger healthy eating plan.

Been managing my sugar for years. Honestly, I find a little bit of chili adds flavor without adding sugar, which is good. But don't expect it to cure anything. Monitor your blood sugar, that's the main thing. Har cheez dhyan se khani padti hai.

Haan na, I heard something similar, but not too much, ho na? Thoda sa to theek hai. But too much mirchi, then pet mein problem ho sakta hai. Better to ask your own doctor, they know your condition best.
