Is celery good for your liver?

My doctor advised me to take care of my liver. I read somewhere that celery has benefits for liver health. Can you confirm if this is good for your liver?

I've tried so many things for general well-being, home remedies and all. Celery juice is often talked about for liver health, and it has good antioxidants. It's one of those natural things that can support, but if you have a specific liver condition, please don't just rely on it. See a liver specialist for proper care.

Oh, I heard about celery being good for health generally. Is it like, it helps clean the liver or something? Does eating it raw also work, or only juice? Sorry if it's a silly question. 🙏

I once thought some home remedies would fix my digestion issues, which actually turned out to be related to my liver. If you're asking about celery for your liver, it might mean you have some concerns. Don't make my mistake; get a proper checkup. Natural foods can support, but not cure serious conditions alone.

I was just recovering from some liver enzyme issues, and my doctor and nutritionist specifically recommended including celery in my diet. They said it has anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants which are great for liver health. I started adding it to my salads and smoothies. It definitely felt like it helped in my recovery process, alongside my medication.

I keep seeing celery mentioned for liver detox and stuff like that online. It makes sense, with all the antioxidants it has. I guess it's like a gentle cleanser for the liver? But for serious liver issues, I'd definitely want a doc's opinion before just chugging celery juice.
