Oh, beta, for body pain, especially joint pain, some people in our village do use warm castor oil. They mix it with a little ajwain or garlic and gently massage where it hurts. It gives a warm feeling and can ease minor aches. It's an old home remedy, haan.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, castor oil is warming and has anti-inflammatory properties. I've used it topically for muscular aches or stiff joints. You can warm it slightly and massage it. It does bring some relief, especially when combined with gentle stretches or a bit of rest.

Hey! For pain, I've heard people using castor oil packs, especially for stomach cramps or joint pain. It's supposed to be anti-inflammatory. Don't stress too much about severe pain, if it's really bad, better see a doc, but for mild stuff, you can try. My nani swears by it sometimes.

As an external application, castor oil is often used for its anti-inflammatory properties for joint or muscle pain. I haven't used it internally for pain, as I'm careful with what I consume. For topical use, it's generally considered safe and can offer some relief, but always patch test first.

Pain? Oh, the constant companion of middle age, haan! Castor oil... I've tried it for a sore knee once. It felt a bit soothing, like a warm compress. Did it cure me? Nah. Did it feel good for a bit? Maybe. Worth a shot for mild aches, but don't expect miracles, ya know? My body is always finding new ways to protest.
