Is cannabis good for arthritis pain?

I've been dealing with chronic arthritis pain for years now, and the usual medications don't always help. A friend suggested looking into cannabis for pain relief. Is cannabis actually effective for arthritis pain?

True, some find temporary relief, but it's not a cure. Better to get a doctor's opinion for arthritis.

Just like managing my diabetes with strict diet, joint pain also needs disciplined medical care. Don't rely on random substances like cannabis, as they can interact badly with other prescription medicines you might be taking.

Actually, my uncle tried CBD oil for his knee pain, but it didn't do much yaar. He ultimately had to go to a physiotherapist who really helped him. Better to avoid these internet hypes.

Keeping joints lubricated through low-impact exercises like walking or cycling works wonders for pain. Cannabis might just numb the sensation temporarily, but movement actually heals the joint strength. Give exercise a shot if your doc says it's okay.

I was looking this up because my grandmother has bad joint pain. Some scientific papers mention pain reduction, but there are so many legal and safety issues in India. It's too risky to try without clear guidance.

If cannabis cured knee pain, half of my relatives would be running marathons by now! Stick to the classic hot water bag and your doctor's prescriptions, it's way safer and legal.

Direct advice: skip these fancy remedies. Go to a proper government or private hospital, get an X-ray done, and let the doctor prescribe safe pain relievers.
