Is cancer an autoimmune disease?

My cousin has an autoimmune condition, and it got me thinking about other diseases. Is cancer categorized as an autoimmune disease, where the body attacks itself?

No bro, it is not an autoimmune disease. In autoimmune, the body attacks itself, but in cancer, abnormal cells just keep growing. Two totally different things.

I am new to reading about this, but I thought they were different. Does anyone know if having an autoimmune issue makes someone more likely to get cancer?

No, dear, they are separate medical conditions. Please do not worry or stress yourself with these difficult terms.

Arre nahi, dono alag hain. Autoimmune matlab immunity khud ke body ke khilaf kaam karti hai. Cancer me cells pagal jaisa multiply hote hain. Confusion mat rakho.

Absolutely not. Autoimmune is when your immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissue. Cancer is uncontrolled cell division. Completely different pathology.

Nah dude, they aren't the same. I just had this in my biology class last semester. Autoimmune is like self-sabotage, cancer is cell multiplication gone wild.
