Is cancer a virus?

My aunt was saying that certain types of cancer can be caused by viruses, like HPV. This made me wonder generally, is cancer itself a virus?

No, cancer itself is not a virus. It is just our own cells growing out of control. Please don't worry too much, just stay positive and take care.

Actually, I also had this exact same doubt last week and got so scared reading things online. Did anyone else feel really anxious thinking some infections can cause it? It is so confusing.

Nah, it is not a virus that you can catch like a common cold. Honestly, focusing on eating fresh home-cooked food and cutting down on processed junk is the best we can do for our body. Eat healthy, stay happy!

I was just reading up on this yesterday. Cancer is basically abnormal cell growth, not a virus, though some viruses like HPV can increase the risk of certain cancers. Quite fascinating how complex our bodies are.

My family doctor explained this so well during our last checkup. He said cancer isn't contagious like a viral flu, but some viruses can damage cell DNA over time and lead to it. That is why vaccinations like the HPV vaccine are so important.

Scientifically speaking, cancer is a genetic mutation of cells, not an infectious virus. However, for any deep health concerns or if you are feeling unwell, consulting a proper doctor is always the best approach.

No yaar, cancer virus nahi hai actually. Normal body cells behave abnormally, that's it. Tension mat lo, chill maaro and safe raho.
