I was diagnosed with mild fatty liver fifteen years ago. I stopped eating white flour and switched to brown rice and multigrain roti, along with daily walks. My liver enzymes returned to normal within a year, so yes, it definitely helps.

When I went to Kokilaben Hospital for my checkup, the gastroenterologist told me that complex carbs like brown rice are much better than refined carbs for fatty liver. But you should definitely consult your own doctor to get a customized diet sheet.

Your body has great healing power if you feed it pure, whole foods. Brown rice is very nurturing for the liver. Keep your mind calm, avoid fried foods, and trust that your health will improve day by day.

Because of my thyroid, my metabolism is slow and I developed fatty liver too. Shifting to brown rice helped control my weight. Just make sure you get regular LFT blood tests done every six months to monitor your liver health properly.

Haan beta, khada chawal ya bhoora chawal sharir ke liye bahut faydemand hota hai. Yeh liver ki sujan kam karta hai aur pachan bhi achha rakhta hai. Tum thoda sa bhoora chawal roz khana shuru karo, jald hi aaram milega.

Yes, brown rice is rich in fiber which helps detoxify the system. Along with this satvik diet, practicing Kapalbhati and Ardha Matsyendrasana daily for 15 minutes will stimulate your liver and help reverse the fatty condition naturally.
