Green vegetables are always excellent for digestion and liver health, children. Broccoli is good, but our traditional Indian vegetables like bottle gourd and fresh methi are also very beneficial. Avoid too much oil in cooking, that is the main key for liver care.

I completely understand the anxiety when you start worrying about liver health and search everything online. It can get so scary. Yes, broccoli is actually very good for fatty liver as it helps reduce fat buildup, so you can slowly add it to your meals without fear.

Yes, broccoli is great for liver health, but don't rely only on one food. As someone managing high BP, I learned that lifestyle changes and regular blood tests are what keep your organs healthy. Get your liver function test done yearly to track things properly.

Broccoli is good, but it can be expensive in local markets depending on the season. You can easily eat local green veggies like cabbage or spinach which do a similar job for liver health. No need to stress about fancy vegetables if they are hard to find.
