Is bp high or low during heart attack?

My uncle had a heart attack recently, and he was telling us about his symptoms. It made me wonder, actually, during a heart attack, does a person's BP go very high or very low? Just trying to understand more about it.

It can actually be either high or low, depending on how the heart is reacting. When my husband had a mild scare, his BP spiked because of panic, but the doctors said a drop is also common and very dangerous. Please keep a BP monitor at home but don't waste time checking it if there's severe pain; just head to the hospital.

There is no fixed pattern; it can go high due to adrenaline or drop because the heart can't pump properly. Dealing with my thyroid has taught me that regular blood and heart checkups are necessary. If you suspect a cardiac issue, let a doctor do the proper ECG and tests immediately.

Haan na, people think it only goes high, but it can actually drop very low too during an attack. It completely depends on which part of the heart is affected. If someone is sweating and feels uneasy, don't wait for BP readings, quickly call a doctor or go to the clinic.

It is extremely stressful when you are trying to understand these symptoms during a health scare. To be honest, BP can fluctuate wildly—sometimes spiking high from pain, sometimes dropping low as the heart weakens. Don't try to analyze this at home while feeling anxious; get professional medical help right away.

Do not rely on online articles to diagnose a heart attack based on BP readings. It can be high or low, and guessing this at home is extremely risky. If there is chest pain or numbness in the arm, go to an emergency room immediately and let the doctors check.

Haan bhai, isme dono ho sakta hai. Pain ki wajah se BP high bhi ho jata hai aur heart weak hone par low bhi ho sakta hai. Isliye is chakkar mein na pado aur seedha emergency hospital jao agar koi dikkat lag rahi hai toh.
