Is bone broth good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight after my second pregnancy, and my friend suggested I try bone broth. She said it keeps you full and helps with metabolism. Does it really help with weight loss, or should I focus on other things?

Bone broth is generally low in calories and high in protein, which can help you feel full. This means you might eat less overall. But it's not a magic bullet; it needs to be part of an overall balanced diet and calorie deficit for actual weight loss.

When I first heard about it, I thought it was some weird diet fad, but actually, it's quite normal. It's just a nutritious way to feel full without too many calories. It helped me stay on track during my diet without feeling deprived. Don't panic, it's just a good supplement!

My grandmother always said soup is good for everything, and bone broth is a kind of soup, no? It's light and filling. My doctor also said it's a good protein source and can be included in a weight loss diet as long as it's not high in fat and sodium. Trust your doctor's specific advice.

For someone with PCOS, managing weight can be tricky. Bone broth is generally good because it's anti-inflammatory and high in protein, which helps with satiety. But don't rely just on one food; it's about a holistic approach with diet, exercise, and medical guidance. It can be a helpful addition, but not a standalone solution.

I tried adding bone broth to my diet when I was trying to lose weight. It did help me feel more satisfied between meals and I think it contributed to my overall progress. But remember, it was just one part of a bigger plan, not the only thing I did.

Oh god, another thing to add to the 'good for weight loss' list? My diet plan is longer than my shopping list these days! But yes, bone broth does keep you full, which means less snacking on chips. So, if it helps avoid those midnight cravings, I'm all for it. Anything to make this weight loss journey a little less painful, ha!
