My uncle has kidney issues, and his doc told him to watch potatoes because of potassium. Boiled ones are sometimes okay, but you have to really leach them first, like soaking them in water overnight and then boiling. It's a whole process to reduce potassium. So, not exactly 'good' per se, but can be managed with proper prep.

Hey! For kidney patients, potatoes are a bit tricky because of potassium. Boiled potatoes can actually be better than baked or fried because boiling helps reduce the potassium content, especially if you double boil. But don't stress too much, best to confirm with their nephrologist or dietician for tailored advice, ya know?

For kidney patients, potassium content in food is a big concern. Potatoes are high in potassium. While boiling can help reduce some of it, it might still not be ideal for all kidney patients. It's crucial for them to follow a diet plan given by a renal dietician who knows their specific stage of kidney disease. There are many other vegetarian options that are kidney-friendly.
