Is boiled peanuts good for diabetics?

I have diabetes and am trying to find healthy snacks. My neighbor mentioned that boiled peanuts are good for diabetics. Is this true, or should I avoid them due to carbs?

Diabetics? Uff, everything is a question mark for them, isn't it? Boiled peanuts sound healthy enough, less oil than roasted. But my uncle, who is diabetic, has to watch even 'healthy' carbs. Better to ask the doc or a dietician, don't want to mess with sugar levels.

Boiled peanuts are natural and healthy, good source of protein. For diabetics, they are generally considered a better snack option than fried things. But diabetes is a serious condition, so don't just rely on general advice. Consult a doctor or dietician for a proper diet chart. Natural is good, but expert advice is best for serious health issues.

Boiled peanuts humare yahan bahut pasand karte hain. Healthy snacks hain, oil bhi nahi hota. Diabetes wale logon ko thoda dhyan se khana chahiye, doctor se pooch kar. Lekin generally, daal-chawal, roti-sabzi ke saath thode se kha sakte hain, I think.

As someone managing diabetes, I'm very cautious. Boiled peanuts are better than roasted or fried because of less oil. They have fiber and protein, which is good for blood sugar stability. But they still contain carbs, so portion size is important. Always check your blood sugar after trying new foods, and consult your dietician for personalized advice.

Boiled peanuts for diabetics? Hmm, better than a sugary bar, for sure! 😂 They've got fiber and protein, so they won't spike your sugar like crazy. But like any good thing, don't eat the whole bag in one go. Everything in moderation, right? Ask your doc if you're super worried, but usually, it's a safer snack.

Boiled peanuts are definitely a good snack option! They have protein and healthy fats, which can help keep you full and stabilize blood sugar, so definitely better than processed snacks for diabetics. Combine that with a good walking routine, and it should support overall health. But always cross-check with your doctor about portion sizes.

I totally get how confusing diet can be for diabetics, every food seems to have a catch! Boiled peanuts are a good source of protein and fiber, which helps manage blood sugar, so they can be a decent snack. But portion control is key, and it's always best to run it by their doctor or dietician who knows their specific case.
