Is boiled egg good for fatty liver?

I was recently diagnosed with fatty liver. The doctor told me to change my diet. I was wondering if boiled eggs are a good option to include, or should I avoid them?

For something like fatty liver, diet is extremely crucial. While eggs are good protein, the yolk contains fat and cholesterol, which needs careful consideration if you have a liver condition. Just like with my thyroid, you need regular tests and doctor's advice for specific dietary restrictions and benefits. Don't guess, get expert guidance.

Oh, fatty liver is something I worry about a lot with my diet. I was told to cut down on a lot of things. Boiled eggs seem healthy, but the yolk has fat, right? Does that mean it's not good? Has anyone here with fatty liver been advised by their doctor about eggs? I'm so confused.

For fatty liver, the overall diet pattern is more important than a single food. My fitness app's nutritionist suggests focusing on lean protein and complex carbs, limiting unhealthy fats and sugar. Boiled eggs can be part of a lean protein intake, especially egg whites. Always best to check with a doctor or dietician for a tailored plan based on your reports.

I totally get how confusing diet changes can be when you have a condition like fatty liver! My relative was also advised on this. Boiled eggs are good protein, but for fatty liver, they might suggest having more egg whites and limiting yolks due to cholesterol/fat content. It's really best to get a specific diet plan from your doctor or a nutritionist, they can guide you perfectly.

My friend had fatty liver, and his doctor advised him to eat a balanced diet. Boiled eggs are a good source of protein, but like anything, moderation is key. The focus was more on cutting out processed foods and excess sugars, rather than completely avoiding healthy fats. Consult your own doctor for personalized advice, don't worry too much.

I'm not sure about fatty liver, but generally, eggs are considered good, right? So, does the yolk make it less suitable? Or is it okay if eaten in moderation? I'm still learning about all this.
