Is being tired a sign of cancer?

My cousin recently passed away from cancer, and before that, she was always so tired. Lately, I've been feeling extremely fatigued even after a good night's sleep. Is being tired a sign of cancer, or am I just getting old?

I totally get why you'd worry, tiredness can be so confusing! I've tried everything from ashwagandha to special teas for my own fatigue. While extreme tiredness CAN be a sign of something serious, it's also a symptom of so many milder things like stress, anaemia, or just not enough sleep. It's practical to get a general check-up first.

Honestly, please don't take any chances with persistent tiredness. I ignored similar symptoms thinking it was just work stress, and it led to other complications later. It's crucial to see a doctor and get a proper diagnosis. They can rule out serious issues quickly.

Oh god, if being tired was a sign of cancer, I'd be gone years ago! My life is basically a constant state of wanting a nap. But seriously, if it's new and really bad, more than just normal tired, then yeah, see a doc. Don't be like me and just blame Netflix.

Yaar, 'tiredness' is such a vague thing, right? Like, I'm tired after a long day, but if you're talking about extreme fatigue that doesn't go away even after rest, then actually, haan, it can be a red flag. Best to get it checked, for sure.

I remember feeling constantly exhausted for months, but I kept telling myself it was just stress from work. I put off seeing a doctor, and eventually, it turned out to be a serious iron deficiency that took ages to fix because I delayed it. Please, don't ignore your body's signals, go for a checkup.

If you're really tired all the time, please go to a reputable hospital or a good doctor. Don't hesitate to ask them clearly if this could be a serious underlying issue, and what tests they recommend. Being direct helps them too.

My son was also complaining about being tired all the time, and we were very worried. It turned out to be anaemia. The doctor ran some tests and we got him on supplements. So yes, get proper tests done. Don't delay.

It's completely normal to feel anxious when you're experiencing unexplained symptoms like constant tiredness and your mind jumps to the worst. I've been there. Take a deep breath, and remember that extreme fatigue can be a sign of many things, most of which are treatable. The most important step is to get it evaluated by a doctor to put your mind at ease.

Oh, I totally get where you're coming from! Whenever I feel unusually tired, my brain immediately goes to the scariest things. While it *can* be a symptom of something serious like cancer, it's also a common sign for so many less scary things. It's best to talk to a doctor and let them figure it out, just to be on the safe side and calm your worries.
