Is beetroot good for liver repair?

I've been recovering from some liver issues recently. My nutritionist suggested incorporating more superfoods. Does beetroot actually help with liver repair or regeneration?

Beta, for liver, beetroot is said to be good, yes. Our elders always suggested natural things for health. But if it's about repairing, it means some damage, so best to talk to a proper doctor also. These home remedies are for general well-being.

Haan, beetroot has many good properties. But more important is to keep your mind calm and positive. When we are stressed, our body also suffers. So eat healthy, meditate, and trust that things will improve. 🙏

See, for liver repair, you can't just rely on one food. The liver is a sensitive organ. If a doctor has told you about damage, you absolutely must ask THEM about specific foods like beetroot. Don't self-medicate based on internet info.

Actually, beetroot is good for general health, especially for blood pressure, I take it sometimes. For liver specifically, I would suggest regular checkups and a balanced diet. Don't ignore what your body tells you, consult a doc for sure.

Beetroot is a superfood no doubt! It helps with detoxification which is good for the liver. You can have it as juice or in salads. But for actual 'repair' of the liver, it’s always best to follow your doctor's treatment plan. Dietary additions help, but they aren't standalone solutions.
