Is avocado good for fatty liver?

I've been told I have a fatty liver, and I'm trying to make healthier food choices. My cousin suggested eating more avocado. Is avocado actually good for someone with fatty liver?

Avocado has good fats that can help, but don't just rely on diet alone. Try incorporating a 30-minute daily walk if your doctor allows it. Combining clean fats with consistent cardio is the real game-changer for liver health.

Yes, it is considered very good for the liver because of its healthy nutrients. Just eat it in moderate amounts and try not to worry too much. Take care of yourself.

When my ultrasound showed grade 1 fatty liver, I totally freaked out and thought my diet was ruined. But my doc reassured me and told me to eat foods like avocados which help reduce inflammation. Honestly, it's very manageable, so please don't stress.

For a pure veg diet, avocado is a great source of plant-based oleic acid which is excellent for liver lipids. But please make sure you don't overdo it because they are still high in calories. Balance it out with green leafy veggies too.

Your liver will actually thank you for the avocado instead of those deep-fried samosas! Think of it as a smooth lubricant for your internal machinery. Just don't start eating avocado ice cream and pretend it's healthy, okay?
