Is aspercreme good for arthritis?

My knees have been bothering me a lot lately due to arthritis. My wife suggested trying aspercreme, as her friend uses it. Does aspercreme actually provide good relief for arthritis pain?

Hey, don't stress too much about the constant joint pain. Aspercreme is actually quite good for temporary relief because it numbs the pain locally without any strong smell. It won't cure arthritis, but it definitely makes moving around a lot easier on bad days!

Applying these creams is okay for quick relief, but we must also treat the body from inside. Try massaging the joints gently with warm sesame oil mixed with a pinch of camphor. But if you have severe swelling or cannot walk, please see a doctor immediately.

I log my grandmother's pain levels on a health tracker, and we noticed her mobility score improved after she started using Aspercreme before her light morning walks. It is quite effective for managing joint stiffness, but make sure to track your symptoms to see if it suits you.

My uncle uses it for his knee pain and says it works well because it has lidocaine. It is a good, budget-friendly option for daily management. Just pair it with basic hot water bag fermentation in the evening for best results.
