I read online that artichoke extract is good for fatty liver, but I'm slightly anxious about trying new supplements. Has anyone tried it and felt any actual difference?

I started taking artichoke tea last year for my mild liver issues and personally, I felt my digestion improved quite a bit. But of course, everyone's body is different.

Yes, artichoke is known to promote liver health by reducing fat deposition. I track my nutrient intake on my fitness app and try to include artichoke extract or the veggie when possible to support my digestion.

I had to google what an artichoke even looks like! Apparently, it's super good for liver detox, but I doubt we can easily find it in our local vegetable markets.
