Is arthritis in the bones?

My neighbor was saying that her doctor told her she has arthritis in her bones. I always thought it was something to do with joints, not directly bones. Can arthritis actually affect the bones themselves?

I used to panic thinking my bones were decaying, but then my doc explained it's actually about the joint cartilage and inflammation. It is very common and completely manageable once you understand it, so don't worry!

It is actually in the joints where two bones meet, not inside the bones themselves! 😊 Keeping the joints active and lubricated is the trick to handling it.

It affects the cushioning between the bones in your joints. Regular gentle movements and Sukshma Vyayama can help keep these joints flexible and reduce the rubbing of bones.

Don't get scared thinking your bones are breaking. It's just the joint cartilage wearing out or getting inflamed. Talk to a good doctor and they will explain how simple exercises can protect your joints.

It is related to the joints, but doctors often suggest X-rays or bone density tests to see the exact condition. Compare prices at local labs before getting these done as rates vary a lot.
