Is arm pain a sign of heart attack?

Last night my left arm was hurting a lot, not like a muscle pain, more like a dull ache. My neighbour said sometimes arm pain can mean a heart attack, and now I'm a bit worried. Should I be concerned?

I know how terrifying it is to feel that sudden pain and immediately think the worst, the anxiety itself makes your chest tighten more. Please, if you also have chest pressure, sweating, or breathlessness, don't wait even a second. Go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

This is a serious medical red flag. Left arm pain, especially if accompanied by jaw pain or shortness of breath, can absolutely be a sign of a cardiac event. Do not ask people on the internet—go to a hospital right now.

My uncle ignored arm pain thinking it was just a gym strain, and it turned out to be a minor heart attack. If you have shooting pain, sweating, or dizziness alongside it, please call an ambulance or get to a hospital immediately.

At my age, every minor ache feels like a final call, but left arm pain coupled with chest discomfort is no laughing matter. If it's severe, sudden, or makes you feel faint, please go straight to the hospital. Don't risk it.

Yaar, left arm pain can actually be a major warning sign of a heart issue, especially if you feel heavy or suffocated. Don't sit at home thinking it's just gas or muscle pain. Please get to a clinic or emergency ward immediately to be safe.

I usually get arm pain just from carrying too many grocery bags of snacks, but honestly, you shouldn't take this lightly. If it's a deep, heavy pain extending from your chest, please stop reading and seek urgent medical help immediately.
