Is arizona green tea good for your liver?

My uncle told me green tea is really good for health, especially for the liver. I drink Arizona green tea sometimes, but is that specific brand helpful? Just wondering if it's actually beneficial or just a marketing thing.

As someone who has to monitor sugar daily, I can tell you that Arizona green tea has way too much high fructose corn syrup. Consuming that much sugar regularly is actually bad for a fatty liver. Stick to sugar-free green tea brewed at home.

I was diagnosed with fatty liver last year and completely stopped all processed juices and canned teas like Arizona. My liver enzymes normalized only after I shifted to pure water, fresh lime, and proper exercise. Avoid these commercial sweet drinks completely.

When you have thyroid or metabolic issues, processing high-sugar drinks puts extra load on your liver. Canned Arizona tea is definitely not liver-friendly. Make sure you get your regular LFT (Liver Function Test) done and ask your doctor about a clean diet.

Bhai, packaged drinks are never good for the liver or stomach. If you want something good for liver health, just drink warm water with lemon in the morning, or buy actual green tea bags from the market. It is much cheaper and genuinely healthy.

My physician clearly explained that while natural green tea antioxidants are good for hepatoprotection, the massive sugar load in Arizona green tea outweighs any benefits. Too much fructose can contribute to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). It's best to avoid it.
