Is apple cider vinegar good for your kidneys and liver?

I'm focusing more on my overall health these days. I've read a lot online about apple cider vinegar being good for both kidneys and liver. Can it really benefit both these organs?

While I appreciate natural remedies, for vital organs like kidneys and liver, you have to be very careful. ACV is quite acidic, and it's not universally beneficial. For some, it might aid digestion, but for others, it could cause irritation or even harm, especially if there are existing conditions. Please consult a doctor or specialist for organ health.

Bro, for kidneys and liver, I've heard mixed stuff about ACV. Kuch log bolte hain accha hai, kuch bolte hain be careful. Personally, I just stick to drinking lots of water and eating ghar ka khana. Better to keep it simple than risk internal organs with strong stuff. Right?

Haan na, yeh ACV ka bohot craze hai, sab cheez ke liye. Liver aur kidneys bahut sensitive organs hote hain, toh unke liye thoda dhyan se use karna chahiye. Agar koi problem nahi hai toh maybe thoda theek hai, par agar kuch discomfort hai toh doctor se puchna best rahega.

That's a good question! I've also seen so many articles online about ACV helping everything. But for organs like kidneys and liver, which are so important, I'd be really hesitant to try anything without solid proof. It feels like a gamble. I'm curious what others think too, if it's really safe.

From what I've seen, ACV is often overhyped. While it's generally considered safe in diluted amounts for most people, for liver and kidney health, especially if you have any existing conditions, it's best to be cautious. It's highly acidic. A doctor's opinion is always the safest bet. Don't rely on internet hearsay for organ health.

I get so worried thinking about my internal organs! The liver and kidneys are so vital. What if ACV, being acidic, actually puts stress on them instead of helping? I'd be terrified to try it without a doctor explicitly saying it's fine for *my* body. It's better to be overly cautious than regret later.

My kidneys and liver already work overtime with my chaotic schedule, the least I can do is not experiment with random stuff! ACV? I'd rather just drink plain water and get some actual sleep. That's probably better for those organs than anything else, honestly. 😂

Earlier, I used to panic about every little thing and tried all sorts of 'natural' cures. But for organs like liver and kidneys, you just can't take chances. These are serious. ACV might have some general health benefits, but it's not a targeted medicine. If you're concerned, skip the home remedies and just see a specialist. They'll tell you what's actually normal or not.

It's totally understandable to feel anxious and want to find natural ways to support your organs. But when it comes to the liver and kidneys, they're so vital that any intervention needs to be handled with extreme care. ACV's benefits are not universally proven for these organs, and it could even be detrimental for some. Please, prioritize consulting a specialist to ease your worries and ensure safety.
