Is apple cider vinegar good for kidney?

My mother-in-law has some kidney issues, and someone in the family mentioned apple cider vinegar as a 'natural cleanse'. I'm worried it might harm her instead. Is apple cider vinegar actually good for kidneys?

For kidney health, the general advice is always to stay hydrated and avoid things that put strain on them. ACV is quite acidic, and while some studies suggest it might help with kidney stones for some, for overall kidney function or existing issues, it can actually be harmful. My doctor specifically advised caution. Always check with your nephrologist first.

Kidneys are like the unsung heroes of our body, working tirelessly! Don't make them drink strong stuff like ACV without asking their boss (your doctor!). 😉 Some say it helps, some say it harms. Let's not experiment with our internal filter systems, agreed?

Oh, kidneys! I'd rather treat them to delicious, hydrating fruits and veggies than something so tart. ACV might be good for salad dressings, but for internal organ health, especially kidneys, it's a bit too adventurous without a doctor's green light, don't you think? Stick to water and good food!

My kidney issues became worse because I was trying too many home remedies without proper medical advice. ACV is very acidic and can potentially put stress on already compromised kidneys. Please, if you have any kidney concerns, see a nephrologist immediately. Do NOT self-medicate or try strong remedies.

Our body is a temple, and each organ is a gift. The kidneys work hard for us, so we must be gentle. While some believe in natural remedies, for something as vital as kidneys, it is always wise to seek guidance from a doctor. Keep your thoughts positive and your body nourished with gentle foods.

The internet is full of conflicting information about ACV and kidneys. While there are claims of benefits, there are also concerns about its acidity and potential harm, especially for people with existing kidney disease. For something as critical as kidney health, the most sensible approach is to always consult a qualified nephrologist. Their professional advice is paramount.
