Is apple cider vinegar good for dandruff?

I've been dealing with persistent dandruff, and it's really annoying. My friend swore by using apple cider vinegar as a rinse. Is apple cider vinegar actually effective for treating dandruff, or will it just make my scalp even drier?

Oh, for dandruff, I've heard some people swear by ACV! ✨ They say it helps balance your scalp's pH. You dilute it and use it as a rinse. But make sure to dilute it well, don't want to irritate your scalp! Worth a try maybe? 😊

With my thyroid, I've learned that sometimes hair and scalp issues can be linked to internal health. ACV might help superficially for some, but if dandruff is persistent, it's good to rule out other causes. Maybe get some basic tests done if it's really bad, and consult a dermatologist. Don't just rely on home remedies.

Girl, same! Dandruff is such a pain. I've heard ACV can work for some, like a natural rinse to fix your scalp's pH. Just make sure to dilute it properly so you don't burn your scalp, okay? Don't stress too much about it, try it out carefully. If it gets worse, obviously stop!

I tried ACV once for dandruff because everyone online was recommending it. My scalp actually became more irritated and dry. It didn't suit me at all. What works for one person can be really bad for another. If your dandruff is severe or persistent, please see a dermatologist. Don't take risks with your scalp health.
