Is apple cider vinegar bad for liver?

I've been thinking about trying apple cider vinegar for some health benefits, but my cousin warned me it might be bad for the liver. I already have some mild liver issues, so I'm hesitant. Is apple cider vinegar actually harmful to the liver?

Bhai, main bhi ek time pe bohot ACV peeta tha weight loss ke liye. Phir dost ne bola liver ke liye achha nahi hai. Honestly, felt nothing bad, nothing good also. Ab chhod diya hai. Doc se poochh ke hi kuch lena chahiye.

Honestly, I used to take ACV for everything, but after some issues, my doc told me it's not a magic bullet. For the liver, it's very tricky. Always dilute it properly and don't overdo it. Small amounts *might* be okay for some, but if you have a sensitive liver, it can cause problems. Better to get regular checkups and follow your doctor's advice.

My mother used to say 'too much of anything is not good'. ACV is very acidic. While some say it helps, I think for liver health, gentle things are better. If there's any liver concern, please consult a doctor. They can guide you properly, not some home remedy.

I have tried so many home remedies for various things, ACV included. For liver, my experience was a bit mixed. Some people say it helps detox, but if you have a weak liver, it could potentially irritate it. Best to listen to your body and definitely talk to a doctor before starting anything new.

Look, if you have liver issues or are even slightly worried, ACV is not something to experiment with based on internet info. Go to a hepatologist, get your LFT done, and follow professional medical advice. Simple as that.

Yaar, ACV hype bohot hai online. Mere friends bhi sab le rahe the weight loss ke liye. But nobody talks about side effects na. Liver is a big deal, don't mess with it. Agar koi doubt hai toh Google ke alawa doctor se puchho. That's what my mum always says.

With PCOS, I've learned to be super careful about what I put in my body. ACV is often recommended for many things, but for liver, I'd be very cautious. Everyone's body reacts differently. Don't just blindly follow trends. A doctor can check your liver function and tell you what's truly safe.

Beta, these fads come and go. When we were young, everyone was suggesting different things. ACV is strong. Your liver works hard for you every day, don't put extra stress on it without understanding fully. A simple balanced diet and regular walks will do more good, trust me.

Hey! 🤔 I've heard mixed reviews about ACV and liver. Some people swear by it, others say be careful. I personally stick to simple healthy eating for my liver. Maybe check with your doctor if you're really worried! Better safe than sorry, right? 😊

I'm very particular about what I consume. ACV is acidic, and while some studies suggest benefits, they are often in controlled environments. For liver health, a balanced vegetarian diet, lots of greens, and avoiding processed foods is far more effective and safer than relying on ACV. Always check with a nutritionist or doctor.

Dekho, home remedies acche hote hain par liver jaisi cheez ke liye risky ho sakta hai. Agar koi problem nahi hai toh thoda bahut theek hai, par agar already liver issues hain toh sirf doctor ki suno. Paani zyada peeyo, bahar ka kam khao, woh sab basic things zyada kaam aayenge.
