Is apple cider good for arthritis?

My mother-in-law has really bad arthritis in her knees, and she's always looking for natural remedies. Someone suggested apple cider to her. Is apple cider actually beneficial for people with arthritis, or is it just a home remedy with no real effect?

I tried taking apple cider vinegar daily for my joint stiffness, but honestly, it did not make any difference to my arthritis. What actually helped me recover was regular physical therapy and the medicines prescribed by my rheumatologist.

My daughter has juvenile arthritis, and we tried many natural supplements including apple cider vinegar, but they didn't help her pain. Please consult a pediatric rheumatologist to get the right treatment for your child's joints.

There is no scientific proof that apple cider vinegar cures arthritis or reduces joint inflammation. If you still want to try it for general gut health, always dilute one spoon in a full glass of water so it doesn't damage your tooth enamel.

I researched this extensively and my doctor clearly told me that while apple cider vinegar has antioxidant properties, it cannot rebuild cartilage or reverse arthritis damage. He advised focusing on anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric and omega-3 instead.

I am too tired to even stand straight today, but I am pretty sure drinking sour vinegar won't magically fix creaky joints. You are better off showing it to a doctor and getting some proper pain-relief gel!

I know how exhausting it is to live with chronic joint pain every single day, making you want to try any remedy you hear about. Please don't lose hope, but rely on proper medical treatment rather than home remedies for relief.

Adding apple cider to your diet might help with digestion, but it is not a cure for arthritis. A balanced vegetarian diet rich in calcium, vitamin D, and regular light exercises is much more beneficial for bone health.
