Is appendicitis pain continuous?

My friend is experiencing a sharp pain in his lower right abdomen and we're worried it might be appendicitis. He said the pain hasn't really let up since it started a few hours ago. Is it true that appendicitis pain is typically continuous and doesn't ease off?

Bhaiyya, appendicitis ka dard rukta nahi hai, wo lagatar badhta hi jata hai. Agar dukan ki gas ki dava se aaram nahi mil raha, toh turant bade doctor ko dikhao, der mat karo.

I just had my appendix removed last month. In my experience, the pain started as a dull ache around my navel but soon became a sharp, continuous pain in my lower right side that made it impossible to walk. Don't wait, get an ultrasound done.

Since I have thyroid issues, I always keep a track of any body pain or fatigue. Yes, appendicitis pain is continuous and gets progressively worse, so you should follow up with a doctor immediately for proper blood tests and scans.

My son had this years ago. The pain does not go away with rest; it remains constant and gets very severe within a day. Don't worry, but do go to a hospital as a simple surgery solves it completely.

I have read many similar queries on this forum. Yes, appendicitis pain is continuous and often accompanied by a low fever and nausea. Please do not give the patient anything to eat or drink and take them to a doctor immediately.

With PCOS, I often get lower abdominal cramps, but appendicitis pain is different because it is continuous, sharp, and localized on the right side. Since we can't be sure, please consult a doctor rather than assuming it is just regular stomach pain.
