Is anti-woke is pro sleep?

Been seeing this term 'anti-woke' a lot online these days, and honestly, it just confuses me. Does stressing over these social media debates actually affect your sleep quality? Sometimes after scrolling, I feel like my brain can't switch off.

I absolutely agree with this thought. Keeping your phone away and staying out of social media debates for just two hours before bedtime will instantly fix your sleep cycle.

Honestly, don't make this a cultural or political joke because chronic insomnia is very serious. I ignored my sleep issues thinking it was just work stress, and it ruined my mental health badly. Please consult a doctor if you are unable to sleep properly.

I am actually quite new to understanding sleep hygiene and these terms. Does staying off political social media really help people who have serious anxiety at night? I would love to know if anyone noticed a big shift after doing this.

I struggle with sleep because of my PCOS and hormonal imbalances, and I find that any kind of stressful content online ruins my night. For me, avoiding intense debates helps, but we also need to look at physical health. It is always safer to talk to a gynecologist or doctor for sleep issues.

Haha, if staying 'anti-woke' means I don't have to read Twitter fights at 2 AM, then sign me up! My brain only needs peace and a soft pillow, not political debates when I am trying to dream about chole bhature.

I literally just fixed my sleep routine last month by doing a complete digital detox. I blocked all political news and toxic social media comment sections, and my mind is so much calmer now. I am sleeping six to seven hours peacefully after ages.

As a working professional, I don't have time for these ideological labels. Practically speaking, screen time reduction is what improves sleep. Block all stressful notifications post 9 PM if you want to be productive at work the next day.

I have seen many people here discussing sleep issues lately. Keeping yourself away from high-energy arguments, whether they are social or personal, allows the nervous system to settle down. Try drinking a warm cup of milk and reading a simple book instead.

Bro, don't stress too much about these internet terms! Just shut down your phone by 10 PM, listen to some chill music, and your sleep will be totally sorted. These online debates are not worth ruining your peace of mind.

Honestly, even reading simple news at night gives me so much chest tightness and keeping me awake. Do others also feel this physical anxiety when scrolling through serious topics late at night?
