Is african black soap good for eczema?

I've been dealing with eczema on my hands for a while now, and it gets really itchy. I saw some reels online claiming African black soap is very good for eczema. Has anyone tried it, is it actually effective?

My son had eczema, and I've heard about African black soap too. Some people swear by it for its natural ingredients, saying it's gentle. But for kids, or anyone with sensitive skin, it can be a bit drying sometimes. Always do a patch test first, and keep a good moisturizer handy. What works for one might not work for another, especially with delicate skin.

Hey! I've seen some friends use African black soap for skin issues. For eczema, it really depends on your skin. Some people find it super soothing and natural, while for others, it can be a bit harsh and drying. Don't stress too much, maybe try a tiny bit on a small area first to see how your skin reacts.

African black soap for eczema, eh? Sounds like another one of those things where some people say it's a miracle and others say it made things worse. Honestly, at my age, I just stick to what the doc says. My skin already has enough drama without experimenting with new soaps, haha!

I track all my health stuff, and I've seen discussions on black soap. For eczema, reviews are mixed. Some people find the natural ingredients like shea butter beneficial, but others report irritation due to its alkaline nature or certain additives. Maybe check ingredient lists closely and monitor your skin's response like you'd track a workout.

Oh, for eczema, it's always tricky, no? My grandmother used to say only natural things are best. I have heard about African black soap being good, but sometimes it can be drying for some skin types. It's better to consult a skin specialist, amma, because what works for one person may not suit another. Always best to ask the doctor.

African black soap for eczema? My skin would probably just get confused and start doing the cha-cha. Some people love it, some people say it's too strong. It's like finding the right spice level for your biryani – completely personal! If you try it, maybe start with a tiny 'taster' patch, don't just dive in like it's a swimming pool!
