Is advil for fever?

My little one has a mild fever tonight and I'm wondering if I can give him Advil. Is Advil for fever, or is it just for pain?

Yes, Advil (ibuprofen) can help reduce fever, as well as pain and inflammation. Just like a cool compress brings comfort, Advil can bring down the body's internal heat. Still, for persistent fever, always seek a doctor's guidance, and remember gentle self-care practices.

Haan, Advil bukhar mein bhi kaam aata hai. Doctor bhi dete hain kabhi kabhi. Lekin kitni goli leni hai aur kab leni hai, yeh doctor se pooch ke hi karna chahiye, beta.

Advil, which is ibuprofen, is indeed effective for reducing fever. While a light, easy-to-digest vegetarian diet helps during fever, medicine like Advil can alleviate the symptoms. Always follow doctor's advice for medication, and ensure you're eating well too.

Is Advil for fever? Oh man, when I have a fever, I'll take anything that promises relief so I can actually sleep! But yes, it helps reduce fever too, along with pain. Just don't mix it with other meds without checking, that's a recipe for even more sleepless nights.

I remember panicking during a sudden fever. My doctor recommended Advil (ibuprofen) and it worked fine. So yes, it is used for fever. It's a very common and normal medication for both fever and pain, just stick to the recommended dosage.

Yes, definitely! I had a fever last month and my doctor specifically told me to take Advil (ibuprofen) to bring it down. It worked really well for me, along with the other meds. Just make sure you don't exceed the recommended dose.

Yep, Advil works for fever too. If I feel that shaky, hot feeling, I sometimes take it, and it usually helps bring the temperature down. But for a really high fever, I'd go to the campus doc, don't just rely on OTC for serious stuff.

Yes, Advil is effective for reducing fever as well as pain. It's an NSAID, which means it helps with inflammation too. So, it can be quite helpful. Just make sure you're taking the right dose and consult a doctor if the fever is persistent or very high, okay?

Advil for fever? Haan, beta, for sure! At my age, every other week there's some new ache or fever trying to knock me down. Advil (ibuprofen) is a good all-rounder for both pain and fever. Just don't forget to eat something first, otherwise your stomach will complain more than your fever!
