Is adhd mental health?

My younger brother has been diagnosed with ADHD recently. Our family is trying to understand it better, so we're wondering, is ADHD mental health or something else entirely?

Yes, it is part of mental health. For many conditions, I try home remedies first, but for ADHD, it's more complex. It's important to see a specialist for a proper understanding and management plan.

I can share from my cousin's experience. He was diagnosed with ADHD, and the whole process involved psychiatrists and psychologists, so yeah, it's treated as a mental health condition by professionals.

Yes, ADHD is definitely considered a mental health condition. It's a brain thing that affects focus and behavior. It's good to talk about it openly and get proper help, rather than struggling alone.

Hey! Yeah, it's totally considered mental health. It's a neurodevelopmental thing. Don't stress too much about the term, just focus on understanding it and getting the right support if you or someone you know needs it. You're not alone!
