Is a fatty liver bad?

My doctor told me I have a fatty liver after some blood tests. I'm worried about what that means for my health in the long term. Is a fatty liver bad, and what are the implications?

It is a sign from your body asking for a little more care and respect. Please do not worry, stay positive because fatty liver is highly reversible with a calm mind, simple eating, and gratitude.

Look, it's not a death sentence but you shouldn't ignore it either. Grade 1 fatty liver is super common due to our sedentary lifestyle. Cut down on alcohol, sugar, and carbs, and start moving. It's totally reversible if you act now.

Actually, half of India has fatty liver nowadays because of junk food, yaar. It can get bad if you leave it untreated and it progresses to fibrosis. Just cut down on the bakery stuff and heavy cheese, and you'll be fine.

I got diagnosed with Grade 2 fatty liver last year and honestly, it woke me up. I stopped eating out every weekend and hit the gym regularly. In six months, my ultrasound came back completely clear, so yes, it's a warning but you can fix it.

Haalat thodi kharab ho sakti hai agar dhyan nahi diya toh. Par aap ghabrao mat, ghar ka saada khana khao, thoda subah ghumne jao aur tel-masala kam kar do. Sab theek ho jayega bhaiya.
