Is a 101 fever bad?

Feeling a little under the weather, body aches and all. Checked my temperature and it's 101. Is this something to worry about or just a common fever?

101 means your body is fighting something off, so skip the gym today bro. No heavy lifting or workouts till you recover, just focus on clean boiled food and high protein. Your muscles need rest right now to heal properly, so just chill.

Whenever anyone in my family hits 101, we directly call our family physician or visit Max Hospital. Self-treating can sometimes prolong the issue. It is always better to get a proper prescription so you know exactly what is causing the temperature.

I was actually reading about this yesterday because my roommate got a 101 fever. Apparently, it is a moderate fever where the body's immune response is fully active. It is not super dangerous on its own, but it is interesting how our bodies react to infections.

A 101 fever is just your internal heater working a bit too well! Don't worry, you aren't melting. Just lie down, enjoy some homemade khichdi, and act like a royal king who can't lift a finger today. It will pass soon.

As someone with thyroid issues, my body temperature fluctuations always worry me. A 101 fever is something you should monitor closely. Make sure you get your routine blood tests done and show the reports to your doctor to rule out any underlying infections.
