Is 99 degrees considered a fever?

My little one, Rahul, has been feeling a bit warm since morning. I checked his temperature, and it's around 99 degrees. I'm wondering if I should be concerned or if it's normal. Is 99 degrees considered a fever?

My physician clearly explained that a normal human body temperature can go up to 99°F depending on physical activity and digestion. A true clinical fever is only considered from 100.4°F onwards. Just keep yourself hydrated.

I often hit 99 after my evening jog or a workout. It's just physical exertion. If you feel fine otherwise, a light evening walk is perfectly okay, but avoid heavy cardio until you feel 100% normal.

99 temperature is very common, haan na. Weather change is happening now, so body takes some time to adjust. Rest lo thoda, everything will be fine.

I have been seeing 99.1 on my thermometer since morning and I'm feeling so anxious about it. Does anyone else get this warm feeling in their ears with a borderline temperature?

Do not let minor physical changes disturb your inner peace. Drink some warm water, pray, and let your body heal itself naturally. It is just a minor phase.

No need to worry, 99 is just a warm day! Just drink some fresh juice, chill under the fan and you will be completely fine by tomorrow morning.

In kids, 99 is often just tiredness from playing too much in the sun. I usually just give my child a glass of glucose water and let them rest. Don't worry unless it spikes.
