Is 99.0 a high fever?

My body temp is 99.0. Is 99.0 a high fever or just slightly elevated? Just wondering if I should take a day off from work.

No, 99.0 is definitely not a high fever. With my PCOS, I often experience slight temperature shifts, so I know how stressful it can be, but you can relax as this is very mild.

According to general medical standards, 99.0 is just a normal daily variation. My doctor friends always mention that high fever is typically defined as anything above 102°F. Just keep monitoring.

Chill, bro! 99.0 is absolutely not a high fever, it's barely even a fever. Don't stress too much, just grab some juice and play some video games to distract yourself.

I totally get it, seeing the thermometer go up even a little bit can make you worry. But please be reassured, 99.0 is very low and completely safe. Take a deep breath.

I get 99.0 whenever I am tired or out in the sun for too long. It is not a high fever at all, just our body telling us to slow down and rest a bit.

Not a high fever at all. Our body temperature naturally rises to 99.0 after a good workout or due to a high-protein meal. Just hydrate well and keep your diet clean.
