Is 98 temperature fever?

My friend said that her normal temperature is usually lower than mine. My temperature is typically around 98. Is 98 temperature considered a fever? I'm not showing any other symptoms.

Honestly, 98 is absolutely normal body temperature. Normal range goes up to 98.6 or so, so there is zero need to worry here. Just relax and don't overthink this at all.

Beta, 98 is not a fever at all. Our bodies naturally stay around this temperature throughout the day. Unless it crosses 100 or you are feeling very weak, you are perfectly fine. Drink some warm water and rest.

I read somewhere that 98.6 is the standard, so 98 should be totally fine, na? Actually I also get confused when my thermometer shows slightly different numbers. Are you feeling any other symptoms like a cold or headache with this?

While 98 itself is quite normal, please check how you are actually feeling inside. Last year I ignored a low feeling thinking my temperature was fine, but it turned out to be an infection that got complicated later. If you have body ache or chills, better to get checked by a doc once.

Yaar, 98 is dream temperature. Mine goes up just reading the daily news these days! Seriously though, you are totally fine, go sleep nicely and don't let Google search scare you at night.

Bro, 98 is literally the baseline standard. No fever at all. You can easily go out or attend classes, chill out!
