Is 8 cavities a lot?

I just went to the dentist for a routine check-up, and they told me I have 8 cavities. I'm a bit shocked. Is 8 cavities considered a lot for someone my age, and should I be worried?

Hey, don't worry or feel embarrassed about this. Cavities can happen due to simple things like deep grooves in teeth or genetics, not just bad hygiene. Just book an appointment with a dentist and they will clean and fill them up easily.

Yes, 8 is quite a high number, but don't lose sleep over it. Go to a local dental clinic, get them filled in batches so it doesn't hurt your pocket all at once, and start brushing twice a day strictly from now on.

Please get them treated immediately. I ignored just two minor cavities thinking they didn't hurt, and they turned into painful root canals that cost me a fortune and a lot of suffering. 8 cavities can spread fast, so go to a dentist this week.

Having 8 cavities is definitely a sign that your oral health needs professional attention. Only a dentist can evaluate if they require simple fillings, root canals, or extractions. Please get a proper dental X-ray and checkup done safely.

Whoa, 8 is a lot bro! I panicked when my dentist told me I had 3. You definitely need to cut down on late-night sweet cravings and get those filled before they start aching during exams.

Honestly, it sounds like a lot, but a dentist can easily fix them in a couple of visits. I recently had four filled together and it was totally painless. Just start using a fluoride toothpaste and floss regularly to prevent new ones.
