Is 5 hrs of sleep ok?

Been traveling a lot for work, and I've consistently only been getting around 5 hours of sleep. I don't feel completely exhausted, but I'm wondering if 5 hrs of sleep is actually okay or if I need to make an effort to sleep more.

I used to sleep only 5 hours when I started my first job and my skin and mood both became so dull. Honestly, it's not worth it. Try to prioritize your sleep, even an extra hour makes a huge difference.

It's definitely not ideal. Your muscles recover and grow when you sleep, and 5 hours just doesn't cut it. Try to aim for at least 7 hours along with a good diet to see actual results in your fitness journey.

Please be careful. Sleeping only 5 hours regularly can silently increase your blood pressure and stress levels. Make sure you get regular checkups and work on improving your daily sleep cycle for your heart's sake.

Unless you are a superhero saving the world at night, 5 hours is way too low! Your brain will start acting like an old 2G internet connection by afternoon. Treat yourself to some extra pillow time tonight.

Haan na, 5 hours is very less. You will feel so lazy throughout the day and won't be able to enjoy anything. Try to finish your chores early and sleep properly.

I went through a phase where I thought 5 hours was my sweet spot, but it caught up with me. Try taking a warm shower before bed and keeping your phone in another room. It worked wonders for increasing my sleep duration.

Bro, 5 hours is my average during exam season, but honestly, I feel like a zombie during lectures. It works for a day or two but definitely not sustainable. Better to get some proper zzz's.

I used to ignore my short sleep sleep cycles until I developed severe chronic fatigue and hormonal imbalances. Please don't take this lightly. If you are unable to sleep more, do consult a doctor to rule out any underlying conditions.

Don't believe people online who claim they feel amazing on just 5 hours of sleep. Scientifically, your body needs more time for repair. If you are facing chronic insomnia, go see a proper doctor instead of trying random internet tips.

In my youth, I also worked long hours and ignored my sleep. Now I realize that health is the only true wealth. Don't rush through life with just 5 hours of sleep; give your body the rest it deserves.

I completely understand how worrying it is when you can't get enough sleep and start stressing about your health. I used to stay awake worrying about not sleeping! Just take slow breaths, don't pressure yourself, and try to relax your body.

In our family, we are always advised to sleep by 10 PM. My doctor also says that 5 hours is insufficient for long-term health. Please try to take care and gradually increase your resting hours.
