Personally, my body temperature is usually around 37. So for me, that's normal. If I feel unwell, then I'd worry, but just the number 37 by itself doesn't mean anything for me.
37 Celsius is perfectly normal, don't worry. Keep a digital thermometer at home, it helps. If it crosses 37.5 or 38, then you should start thinking about remedies or calling a doctor. For now, relax.
Not really a fever, 37 is normal. Drink some warm water with honey-ginger if you feel a bit off. But if you have other symptoms like severe body ache or chills, then definitely consult a doctor. Don't self-medicate for serious stuff.
For me, being diabetic, I monitor my body very closely. 37C is a normal temp. I always ensure I'm eating on time and checking my sugar levels. If I feel even slightly warm, I double-check my sugar, as sometimes even small changes affect us differently.
It's totally okay to feel worried, especially with everything going on. But 37C is normal temperature, dude. You're not alone in overthinking these things, I used to do it all the time. Take a deep breath.
