Is 37 a fever?

I'm feeling weak and my entire body aches. My temperature reading is exactly 37. Is this considered a fever in adults, or just on the borderline?

For me, 37 is normal body temp, thoda upar. If it's consistent, especially with high BP like mine, I'd check it again and maybe rest. Don't ignore small signs, regular checkups are key.

Hello ji, 37 is generally considered normal. But if you're feeling hot or shivering, it could be a slight elevation. Keep yourself hydrated, drink warm water, and see how you feel after a few hours. If it goes up, then think about doc.

Normal temperature is usually around 37°C. If you feel unwell, it's always better to take some rest and keep an eye on it. Hope you feel better soon.

Hmm, 37 is usually fine. Just make sure you're eating light, digestible food if you're feeling a bit off. Avoid anything too spicy or heavy. Hydration is super important, nimbu paani helps too.

Most people's normal is around 37. If you feel tired or body ache, just take it easy. Best to recheck after a bit.
