Is 37.7 a fever in adults?
I've been feeling run down for a couple of days. My temperature is 37.7. Is that high enough to be classified as a fever in adults?

I usually run a bit warmer after my evening run. 37.7 could just be your body working harder. If you're feeling okay otherwise, maybe a light walk, but don't overdo it. Listen to your body, don't push if you feel tired.
Yaar, 37.7 is very borderline. Before rushing to the doc and spending money on consultations, try resting and drinking fluids. If it persists or you get other symptoms, then for sure see a doctor. Save those rupees if you can!
It's on the higher side of normal, but usually not considered a fever yet. Hydrate and rest.
For me, 37.7 is where I start feeling a little warm, but it usually doesn't progress to a full fever. I just take it as a sign to slow down and rest. Everyone's body is different though, so my experience might not be yours.
Hey, chill yaar, don't stress too much about 37.7. It's like your body is saying, 'I might be thinking about getting sick, but I'm not committing yet.' Just drink lots of water and take a paracetamol if you feel achy. If it gets higher, then worry.
Haan, 37.7 toh thoda zyada lag raha hai na? Normal se upar hai, par poora fever bhi nahi bol sakte. Bas monitor karte raho, agar badhe toh doc ko dikha dena.

Totally relate! I get a bit panicky when my temp goes even slightly above normal. 37.7 for me feels like I'm coming down with something. I usually just drink some warm tea and try to get a good night's sleep. Hope you feel better soon!
Honestly, at this point, if I even get 37.7, I'd probably just attribute it to lack of sleep and too much coffee! My body is always protesting something. But seriously, if you feel unwell, maybe just take it easy and get some actual rest.
