Is 37.5 degrees celsius a fever?

Since yesterday, I've been having body aches. My thermometer shows 37.5 degrees Celsius. Is that considered a fever or not?

Alright, 37.5°C is like your body's subtle way of saying, 'Hey, I might need a spa day soon!' 😂 It's a mild fever, so maybe less stress, more Netflix for now. Don't panic!

Yes, 37.5 degrees Celsius is typically considered a low-grade fever. While it might not be very high, it's a signal. Always better to consult a doctor, especially if you have other symptoms or if it doesn't go down with rest.

Yeah, 37.5 is usually considered a mild fever. I tend to feel a bit tired and achey even at this temp. Just take it easy, drink some warm water, and maybe a light meal. It should pass.

Trust me, I've panicked at 37.5 thinking it was the end! But it's just a very mild fever, practically normal. Just keep yourself hydrated and rest a bit. It's not a big deal, don't worry like I used to.

Namaste! Yes, 37.5 degrees Celsius is indeed considered a low-grade fever. It's your body's way of telling you to slow down. Rest well, stay hydrated, and avoid strenuous activity. If it goes higher or you feel worse, please see a doctor.
