Is 2 percent milk good for diabetics?

My doctor advised me to watch my dairy intake because of my blood sugar. I like milk in my tea, and I've been using 2 percent milk. Is 2 percent milk considered good for diabetics, or should I look for other alternatives?

Ugh, another thing to worry about for diabetics. Can't we just have nice things? 2% milk is better than full-fat, I guess, less saturated fat. But it still has lactose, so sugar. My brain is too tired to calculate, I just ask my doc what's allowed these days. 😴

Listen to your body and what the universe guides you to. For health, moderation is key, especially with diabetes. While 2% milk is a step towards lower fat, always maintain a positive outlook and consult with your medical guide for personalized choices. Peace and health.

Arey baba, diabetics ke liye toh kam fat wala doodh hi achcha hai, ho na? 2 percent is better than full cream. But still, pura diet dekhna padta hai. Mere ghar mein bhi hum log skim milk hi lete hain ab. Doctor se ek baar confirm kar lo, that's best.

From what I've learned trying to help my uncle, 2% milk is usually okay for diabetics in controlled portions. It's about reducing overall fat and sugar intake. But honestly, no home remedy or common advice beats a proper doctor's recommendation. They know your specific case.

Haan, 2 percent milk theek rehta hai diabetics ke liye, full cream se toh definitely better hai na. Kam fat hota hai isme. But phir bhi, quantity control karna padta hai. Doc se puch lena ek baar, woh best advice denge.

When I was diagnosed, my doctor suggested switching to 2% or skim milk. It helps manage the saturated fat intake which is important for heart health, often a concern with diabetes. But also, be mindful of the total carbs from milk as lactose is a sugar. Just something to consider!
