Is 100.2 considered a fever?

Been feeling chills and my temperature just showed 100.2. Is this measurement considered a fever in general? I just want to know if I should start taking precautions.

Yeah, 100.2F is a low-grade fever. For me, it means a forced rest day from the gym. Focus on protein and hydration instead of reps. Your body is telling you to recover, don't fight it.

My health tracker would definitely flag 100.2F as an elevated temperature, indicating a fever. It's a mild one, but your body is definitely signaling something. Time for some self-care!

For my little one, 100.2F means it's time to keep a close watch. It's a mild fever for kids. I usually give a sponge bath, lots of fluids, and check temperature every few hours. If it rises or they seem very unwell, then it's a doctor's visit immediately.

Yep, 100.2F is a fever, just a mild one! Your body is having a little internal party to fight off something. 🎉 Drink up, rest up, and feel better soon! 😊

My doctor at Fortis always says that anything above 99.5F is a fever. So 100.2F definitely falls into that. It's always best to call your general physician to discuss your specific symptoms and get proper advice.
