Is 1 tb enough for gaming?

I'm planning to build a new gaming PC, and I'm looking at SSD options. Would a 1TB SSD be enough for gaming, considering modern game sizes, or should I go for more?

Well, for me, I don't game much, so even a small amount of storage is fine. My son plays a lot though, and I know he's always asking for more space. So I guess it depends on the games you play and how many you keep at once.

For simple games or casual gaming, 1 TB should be quite sufficient. But for modern, high-graphics games, which are very large, it may fill up quickly if you have many installed simultaneously. Like with health advice, it's better to assess your specific needs.

I'm not much of a gamer, but I've heard games take up a lot of space nowadays. So 1 TB might be okay for a few big games, but what if you like to have many installed at once? Would you need more then?

For gaming, 1 TB is usually fine for a start, but don't ignore future needs. Games get bigger. I once bought a small drive thinking it'd be enough, and regretted it when I had to keep uninstalling games. Plan ahead, just like you should for your health checkups!

1 TB for gaming? Oh, to have so much free time to fill up that space with games! I just manage with what I have and complain. For my son, 1 TB is 'barely enough' he says. So I guess it depends on the gamer's appetite!

Honestly, for casual to moderate gaming, 1 TB should be totally fine! I have a few big games and it barely makes a dent. But if you're a serious gamer who installs every new AAA title, you might run out of space quickly. You can always get an external drive later if needed, right?
