How you know if you have skin cancer?

I spend a lot of time in the sun because of my work, and I've been noticing a new mole. It makes me a bit anxious. How do you know if you have skin cancer or just a regular mole?

This is a serious one, not something for home remedies. You really need to watch for changes in moles or new growths on your skin. Look for spots that are irregular in shape, change color, grow bigger, or bleed. If you see anything unusual, please go to a dermatologist immediately. Don't try to treat it yourself.

This isn't related to diet like diabetes is, but it's equally important to be vigilant. For skin cancer, you should regularly check your skin for any new moles or changes in existing ones. Look out for the 'ABCDE' rule: Asymmetry, Border irregularity, Color variations, Diameter (larger than 6mm), and Evolving (changing over time). Please consult a doctor for any suspicious changes.

Ho na, skin cancer is serious so you have to be careful. Look for any new spot on your skin that doesn't look normal, or if an old mole changes. Like, if it gets bigger, changes colour, or has an uneven shape, haan na? Best to show it to a skin doctor quickly if you are worried.

You know, while we focus on fitness and good diet for inside, skin health is outside. For skin cancer, it's all about checking your skin. Any weird-looking mole, especially if it changes in size, shape, or color, or if it bleeds, needs immediate attention from a dermatologist. Sun protection is also key during workouts outside.

Simple. Regular self-checks are crucial. Use the 'ABCDE' rule for moles: Asymmetry, irregular Borders, varied Colors, Diameter over 6mm, and any Evolving changes. If anything looks suspicious, do NOT delay. See a dermatologist in a good clinic ASAP. No second-guessing on this one.

This is a very serious medical concern, not something to take lightly. You need to be vigilant about any changes on your skin. Look for moles that are asymmetrical, have irregular borders, multiple colors, a diameter larger than 6mm, or are evolving/changing. It's always best to consult a dermatologist for any suspicious marks; don't self-diagnose or delay.
